Information for Our Clients on Coronavirus Impact

As the news about the Coronavirus continues to develop, we would like to communicate with you regarding this important issue.

WireChief Electric is closely monitoring COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its impact on our community.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our greatest concern. That is why we have implemented procedures based on information from Health Canada and the BC Centre for Disease Control.

We are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operation with basic preventative safety measures following the guidance set forth by Health Canada and the BC Centre for Disease Control.

We have instructed our employees to take these common-sense precautions:

Stay home if they are sick.

Greet others only with a smile – NO handshaking.

Minimize the risk of infection by meticulous hand washing and sneezing/coughing into a sleeve or tissue, then throwing the tissue in the trash.

Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.

Keeping the recommended social distance.

Our office staff is currently working remotely from home.

Our Expectation from You

Our expectation from you, our customer, is that you inform us immediately if someone in your home becomes sick.

If you feel you need to cancel your service appointment due to illness, please let us know and rest assured that we will welcome you back when you are ready.

We encourage our customers to let us know in advance of an appointment if there are any concerns or they would like us to take special precautions.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus and act accordingly.
