We originally called Octavio to get a bid for a chandelier install. The install was tricky as it was about 20 feet high in a narrow foyer. We had 3 other reputable installers bid in addition to Wirechief Electric. Octavio was the most thoughtful in his bid as he addressed doing a quality install, while also ensuring any solution was safe for the installers and also would not do any damage to the home. Quite frankly it was a complicated install. We ended up choosing Wirechief based on not only value, but because Octavio seemed very experienced and his responsiveness and attention to detail were fantastic. He was also very flexible when it came to doing the job on a date and a time that worked best for us. On the day of the install, the team (2 workers and Octavio) showed up early, prepped the work area with lots of drop cloths and delivered a flawless install of the light. Once they dressed the chandelier we noticed a few pieces missing and they waited while we went to get those missing pieces from the lighting store. That was great service. We would highly recommend Wirechief Electric due to our fantastic and wonderful service experience with Octavio and his team!
