I initially called in requesting an appointment for a certain time slot, but unfortunately due to an input issue on the company’s end, the appointment was not properly slotted in. Despite this, Octavio was able to honour the original afternoon commitment and promptly resolved the breaker issue affecting my dishwasher, garburator and kitchen outlet. My partner met him at home and felt treated with respect even though the problem was simple, and greatly appreciated Octavio’s additional insight on our existing connections and how to troubleshoot next time. The company is upfront about that $180 minimum troubleshooting fee, and while that might seem high, the respect and integrity that goes into the interaction are well worth it.
